- At least 3-5 years of experience in recruiting general laborers, preferably in the industrial cleaning, service, or manufacturing industries.
- Graduated from vocational school or higher.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Recruitment Planning & Implementation:
- Receiving recruitment requests for cleaning staff from the Operations Department and projects.
- Developing recruitment plans and budgets.
- Implementing recruitment through multiple channels:
➢ Online: Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, Chợ Tốt (a Vietnamese online marketplace), recruitment platforms ➢ Offline: residential areas, local communities, job centers
➢ Directly visiting projects to recruit and assess actual needs
- Screening resumes, conducting quick interviews, and assisting candidates with job acceptance
- Coordinating with Supervisors/Operations Department to ensure sufficient staff
- Monitoring acceptance, termination, and replacement rates
- Reporting recruitment results weekly/monthly. Searching for, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the application and procedures before starting work.
- Distributing uniforms and name tags to new employees and creating a list for tracking and management.
- - Monitor and support employees during their probationary period.
- Other tasks as required by superiors.
